Offshore and Power Generation Applications
Washing of gas turbine compressors is known to
provide the most effective method for preventing GT compressor fouling. It ensures maximum
available power output, improved fuel efficiency and reduced wear and tear on machine
components such as bearings and blades. The period between necessary shut-downs for
off-line washing can be significantly extended by on-line washing (hot washing) thus
reducing costly downtime and production losses.
ZOK 27® is internationally
approved and in use worldwide on all types of engines from 500 shp helicopter engines to
200 MW power generators.

ZOK 27® is a water based, anti-corrosive, non-flammable, environmentally friendly, biodegradable fluid.

reduced levels of alkali metals and complies fully with all demanding modern
specifications such as: General Electric G.E.I. 41042, MID-TD-0000-5, Rolls-Royce MSRR
9914, Solar ES9-62-1 On-Crank and On-Line, US MIL-PRF-85704C, UK Defence Standard 79-18
All ZOK 27® formulation, manufacturing and packaging is subject to
the Quality Assurance requirements of ISO 9001 and DEF STAN 05-91.
