Meetings (forums) are held twice a year, in the Spring and Fall.

The meeting format consists of an opening general session on the morning of the first day that includes a welcome from the host company, discussions of a general nature such as upcoming meeting
locations, and technical presentations on the operation and maintenance of combustion turbines and related equipment. The rest of the meeting is usually spent in open forum discussions, known as “roundtables.”

Each roundtable session is based upon an engine or manufacturer and discussions are moderated by a session Chairman.
